2. Minutes (Pages 1 - 6)
To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 28 July 2021.
3. Public Participation
At this point in the meeting members of the public who have
registered to speak can do so. Members of the public may speak
on agenda items or on matters within the remit of the committee.

working days before the meeting, in order to facilitate the

4. Report in the Public Interest: Exit Strategies: Guidance on the use of Settlement Agreements including Special Severance Payments (Pages 7 - 26)
This report presents guidance prepared for consideration by the Audit & Governance Committee relating to the use of settlement agreements including special severance payments.
5. Review of the Council's Constitution (Pages 27 - 726)
This report sets out the proposed revisions to the Council’s Constitution for consideration by the members of the Audit & Governance Committee.
6. Urgent Business
Any other business which the Chair considers urgent under the Local Government Act 1972.
